      According to structural characteristics of Shibanpo Yangtze river bridge at Chongqing, the state monitoring system and assessment system was designed including measuring points assement, system general structure and sensor subsystem structure as well as safety evaluation systerm combined with finite element analysis. The using of system provides scientific basis for early stage operation and later stage construction.
